The Woodmans Amateur Golfing Society has been in existance
for about 10 years. It caters for golfers of all abilities.
We have six golfing days each year four competition days,
the President's Putter and the Christmas 'Turkey Trot'. We
normally play on wednesdays over 27 holes 18 stapleford competition
and 9 hole Texas scramble.
This year (2002) we are introducing a new trial having a
society day at the weekend. This will be an 18 hole competition
day held in the middle of the season.
